I%26#039;ve had my eye on Urban Decay Big Fatty colored mascara for a while. I was going to buy it off Sephora.com, but it says that its %26quot;made in a smaller version%26quot; than normal. Is it a mini tube?? Or just slightly smaller? Is it worth spending $17?
